Jean Ravarra is the Chief Financial Officer for Alberta Broadband Networks. She is responsible for the company’s financial operations and reporting, budgeting, business finance strategies, process simplification, cash management and capital/financing requirements, including managing the relationship with investors and investment institutions. Her main focus is to drive profitable growth, and deliver healthy financial performance.

Jean has 20+ years of solid experience that extends across business strategies, organizational development, operations management, corporate finance and treasury, corporate governance, controllership, and compliance. Prior to joining the company, she held key finance leadership roles in diverse industries (ie., infrastructure, oil & gas, power, renewables, etc) at global companies.

Her leadership skills, passion and commitment, resilience and work ethic help her navigate through the challenges and opportunities within a growing organization.

Jean holds a CPA designation, has MBA in Finance and a Certified Financial Consultant.
